Saratoga Medical Complex:
Malta, New York

Saratoga Hospital purchased a 140-acre parcel in Malta, NY where long-term plans call for a full range of health care facilities including a new hospital, nursing home, medical office buildings, outpatient care centers, senior apartments, and assisted living and medical retail such as equipment and pharmacy sales.

The LA Group is charged with planning the medical complex with great care to maintain the site’s natural environment. The plan calls for medical buildings to occupy a maximum of 40 percent of the property. The remainder of the site will maintain a very real park-like setting.

The LA Group is assisting the hospital to change the current zoning to a planned development district (PDD).
