Conceptual Master Plan

The LA Group developed a conceptual Master Plan for the creation of a nano-technology center on a 1,350-acre parcel. The Master Plan’s goal was to build an aesthetically pleasing, yet functional, technology park with minimal environmental impact.

The Master Plan retains over 60% (885 acres) of open space, including 619 acres of wooded area, 30 acres of public land, 7.5 miles of pedestrian trails and 100+ acres of park preserve area. The campus plan includes manufacturing facilities, community use buildings, offices, conference facilities, future housing, support and commercial facilities. Plantings, boulevards, and paved walkways are components of the Plan.
