Residential Neighborhoods

The LA Group’s Residential Group works diligently to create sustainable, healthy, and safe neighborhoods.  We promote flexibility, economy, and creativity into our site designs to revitalize suburban areas, preserve open space and/or scenic views while creating neighborhoods with a distinct identity and a sense of community.  In the suburban or rural environ, these neighborhoods may provide commonly-owned open space areas for active and/or passive recreational use by residents and/or the larger community. This approach was used on Oak Ridge Neighborhood, Reggata View, and Saratoga Farm.

Urban residential development through rehabilitation and infill is one of The LA Group’s strengths. We have honed our site assessment and design strategies to incorporate the locational and physical attributes of a property to help bring people and vibrancy back to declining areas.  This approach was used on several of our successful urban residential revitalization projects including High Rock Avenue Townhouses, Congress Park Centre, and Franklin Square Condominiums.
