Favorite Place
The place I visit most is the Adirondacks. I love the wilderness, the quiet, and serene, sometimes harsh beauty. I have spent a lot of time there over the years whether hiking, skiing, kayaking, biking, swimming, or just relaxing. Several years ago, I built a get-away home near Whiteface Mountain which my family and I use to relax and enjoy nature. Our firm has done many projects there which allow us to express what it means to be a landscape architect: designing places for people that exemplify an understanding and respect for the environment whether it be a trail, nature center, or resort.
